MENU FOR LOSING DIET

Weight loss (diet)

(Breakfast)
3 white of egg
4 pieces of brown bread
1 cup black coffee


(After 1 hour)
1 glass orange juice


(Lunch)
500g Boiled chicken
4 pieces of brown bread
Salad


(After 1 hour)
Fresh juice


(Dinner)
300g boiled chicken
Boiled macroni
Salad.


For best improvement 30min walk daily and 3 to 4 litre water daily.
